Veri Sızıntısı (Data Breach) is a free, non-commercial platform that monitors publicly available data breach information and notifies users about their own digital assets. The platform does not produce breach data; it only indexes and presents existing publicly available information.

3. Account & Security

• Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• The platform uses a passwordless authentication system. 6-digit verification codes are valid for 15 minutes.
• Accounts may only be created using your own email address.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for the following purposes:

• Monitoring digital assets belonging to others without their consent
• Using automated querying tools, bots, or similar systems
• Attempting to damage the system or gain unauthorised access
• Sending requests at a volume that disrupts normal platform operation

5. Breach Data

The platform uses only publicly available breach data. This data does not contain sensitive personal information and is used solely to determine whether email addresses appear in known data breaches. The platform makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or currency of the data provided.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, interface, and original content of the platform are the property of Veri Sızıntısı. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." No warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose are made. Platform operators are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
