4. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: When signing in with Google, Google's privacy policy and data processing terms apply.
  • Hosting: The platform is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure. Server data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Data Security

  • Email addresses are protected and stored using the SHA-256 hash algorithm.
  • The use of a passwordless authentication system minimises the risk of password breaches.
  • All data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS.
  • Data access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. User Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Permanently delete your account and all associated data (Account Settings → Delete Account)
  • View and delete your registered digital assets
  • Change your language and theme preferences
  • Disable email notifications

7. Cookies

The platform uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for session management. Without these cookies the platform would be non-functional. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Data Retention

Data associated with active accounts is retained until the account is deleted. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained for a longer period.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Registered users will be notified by email in the event of significant changes.
